Rev. JJ Crow - Associate Minister of Faith Formation

Jennifer (JJ) Crow was born and raised in a small UCC church community within smelling distance of the Puget Sound. She heard the call to ministry when she was 16 during a UCC mid-winter youth retreat in a sweat lodge, and it set the tone for her ministry ever since.
JJ graduated from Willamette University with a BA in Gender Studies and Religious Studies. She traveled in Asia for two years before returning home to attend Seattle University, and where she earned her Masters in Divinity. She was ordained in 2015.
JJ is a certified as a Godly Play storyteller, an Our Whole Lives instructor and has completed Art of Hosting training.
In addition to serving the Youth and Families of Cedar Hills UCC, her ministry also includes Women of the 14th Moon.
Amy Norden, Director of Faith Formation
Amy Norden was raised in Boulder, Montana. As an undergraduate, she attended Montana State University-Bozeman and pursued a double major in Sculpture and Applied Psychology, with an emphasis on Creative Expressive Therapy for High-Risk Adolescents.
After graduation, Amy continued her education and received a Masters of Illustration from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco.
In addition to being a certified as an instructor for Our Whole Lives, and a Godly Play storyteller, Amy a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor in following areas:
- Adult Mental Health First Aid
- Teen Mental Health First Aid
- Youth Mental Health First Aid
She also has completed Art of Hosting training.
