This 4-session virtual workshop series is designed to blend personal exploration, history, and dialogue to deepen our understanding of our racial identities and our understanding of race and racism in America.

This series is for you if you would like to:

• Explore your racial identity and the life experiences that helped to form it;

• Learn about race and racism in America;

• Engage in somatic practices that may include working with the breath, journaling, guided visualization, and music;

• Practice discussing race and racism in small and large group settings; and

• Translate your reflections and learning into personal action.

When you sign up for this workshop, you are committing to attend all 4-sessions.
